Winrm Terms & Conditions — Rules of Use for Malaysia's Online Casino Platform

To register for and use the services of winrm, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

Each winrm member is permitted to hold only one (1) account only. Holding more than one account — whether under a different name, phone number, email address, IP address, or device — is a violation of these terms and may result in all associated accounts being suspended immediately without notice, with all balances and bonuses forfeited.

• The registration information you provide must be accurate, complete and up to date at all times. Providing false or misleading information is a serious breach of these terms.
• The full name on your winrm account must match the full name on your valid Malaysian identity card (MyKad) or passport.
• The bank account or e-wallet registered for withdrawals must be held in the same name as the winrm account holder.
• You are fully responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone — including family members.
• You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, even if it was carried out by another person using your login credentials.

All deposits and financial transactions at winrm processed within Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only. No foreign currency conversion is required or accepted. winrm supports the following deposit methods:

The minimum deposit limit at winrm is RM 10 per transaction. Deposits are typically credited to your account within under 1 minute after transaction confirmation. The name on the recipient payment account must exactly match with the name of the winrm account holder. winrm will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. In the event of a name mismatch, winrm reserves the right to place the withdrawal on hold until identity verification is completed.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, winrm may require identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer), including a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad) or valid passport. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, both parties agree to refer the matter to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
